Self-Sabotage
I think about how often I sabotage my own talents, plans, and the things that actually work in me. How often I speak to myself in a language that can't repair: "This life in a clean room doesn't suit you," or "You'll never be an educated musician again, you're 25, it's too late to learn theory the way you wanted."
I don't think about ██████ as much anymore. The wound seems to be healing well. Probably another month and it will be fine.
